WHEW. You made it here!

NOW, the most fantastic adventure begins…but…you may not like it…you need to change a few things.

-Food = cut the junk/processed foods, eat “whole” foods, raise your vibration.

-Turn off the TV = You are being programmed, hypnotized with the flicker, commercials, morals, values, fear, anxiety, instability of the world.

-What you think = is vital. Your body is hardware, your brain is not the software…your “mind” is the software…be mindful of what you are thinking.

-Exercise = Flush out toxins, activate endorphins, serotonin.

-Sleep = you need it, to recharge, and to be alert in the day.

Relationships = they may be changing soon too….
